Getting things done with ADHD

Learn time management strategies for ADHD brains

90 Australian dollars
Location 1

Service Description

This online workshop helps people with ADHD learn practical ways to manage time. It is neurodiverse-affirming, meaning it respects and values how ADHD brains work. You will learn why time feels different with ADHD and how that can make planning and starting tasks harder. The workshop covers simple, clear strategies to help with time blindness, staying on task, and meeting deadlines. You’ll also explore ways to set up reminders, break tasks into steps, and use timers. The goal is to help you build tools that work for you, in a supportive and positive space where ADHD is understood and respected.
