Emotion Regulation and the ADHD Brain

Understanding the connection

90 Australian dollars
Location 1

Service Description

This online workshop is for people with ADHD who want support with managing emotions. It is neurodiverse-affirming and values how ADHD brains experience feelings. The workshop explains why emotions can feel stronger and harder to control with ADHD. You’ll learn how ADHD affects your brain’s response to stress, frustration, and rejection. We’ll explore tools to help you pause before reacting, name your emotions, and calm your body. You’ll also learn ways to support yourself after big feelings. This workshop gives simple, practical strategies in a safe space where your experiences are respected and understood. You don’t have to do it alone.
